Homeless Cat Project (HCP) volunteers will humanely trap each cat,
transport him/her to a participating veterinarian for shots and spaying or neutering, and return the animal to
his/her familiar environment. The cats are fed daily and provided with shelter by a responsible caregiver.

Since the Homeless Cat Project began in the Fall 1998, more than 9,000 cats have been vaccinated, altered,
and released. We have prevented the births of tens of millions of potentially homeless, unwanted kittens!

The Homeless Cat Project is funded by tax-deductible donations from people who care about the plight of stray
and abandoned cats. For more information, please
